Davido Joins Darkoo for the Sultry ‘Right Now’

The artists set the tone right for cuffing season.

British-Nigerian singer and rapper, Darkoo is back with another anthem to get the world moving. This time, she teams up with trailblazing afrobeats singer Davido for the reggae-infused, “Right Now”. The pair blend their unique voices to create a magical number about yearning for love and affection.

Produced by Enzo & Rvssian, “Right Now” follows Darkoo’s summer smash hit, “Favourite Girl” which enjoyed an equally thrilling remix featuring the self-acclaimed rave lord, Rema. The mid-tempo track is accompanied by retro visuals directed by Mollana Burke.

Since making her mainstream debut with 2019’s “Gangsta” alongside One Acne, Darkoo hasn’t slowed down and shows no signs of doing so anytime soon. She has garnered 3 MOBO award nominations and multiple chart-topping hits. With the release of “Right Now” she continues to build anticipation for her debut album which is expected to drop sometime in the coming months.
