Juls Taps Black Sherif, Projexx for New Single, ‘Timing’

The contemporary producer preps for a new chapter and a special performance.

Ahead of his upcoming sophomore album Peace & Love, British-Ghanaian producer and DJ, Juls, is back with another cross-continental single titled, “Timing”. On the track, her merges the energetic spirit of Ghanaian rapper, Black Sherif with the laid-back charm of Jamaican producer and songwriter, Projexx. Juls’ famed production style is in full gear with rich melodies and vibrant percussion which create a dynamic landscape.

“Timing” comes amid an exciting year for Juls as he gears up to celebrate his 10th year career anniversary with a podcast series which will feature his past collaborators as well as a special performance at Outernet London on the 23rd of October, just days before the release of Peace & Love on the 25th.

Peace & Love will take a page out Juls’ Juls’ autobiographical debut, Sounds Of My World, 

to offer a confluence of Black diasporic creativity. From the pulsating rhythms of Lagos to the reggae-infused vibes of Jamaica, and the baile funk beats of Brazil, it promises to be a celebration of the global sounds that have shaped the producer’s work over the years, blending elements from Nigeria, Ghana, UK, and beyond.
