Bnxn is back with his brand new single, “Phenomena”.
Produced by Malawian-South African beatsmith Gemini Major, the song infuses Bnxn’s much-loved Afropop sound with subtle Amapiano elements to create an infectious bop for the win. Bxnx uses the foundation to delve into the highs and lows of success, expressing gratitude for both sides of life’s coin.
“Phenomena” is the Afro-fusion star’s first release since his collaborative project with Ruger earlier this year, RnB, and Bnxn’s first solo material of the year. The Nigerian singer’s career has followed a steep trajectory, with the landmark of his debut album, Sincerely Benson, arriving in October of last year. Since then, his output has remained consistent, and “Phenomena” is further proof that he’s here to stay.
“With this track, I wanted to capture the essence of living in the moment, with a sense of confidence and a touch of humility,” says Bnxn. “It was an incredible experience, allowing me to express a deeper side of my journey. The lyrics speak to the reality of being on top, the sacrifices made, and the thrill of it all. It’s about being unstoppable and letting the world know that we are here to stay. I hope listeners will resonate with the vibe and energy of this song, embracing their own ‘Phenomena’ moments as they groove to the beat.”
