H-Money, the Grammy-nominated producer and in-demand songwriter, has joined forces with Reekado Banks for new Afropop gem “Tic Tik”.
H-Money, aka Harmony Samuels, is widely known within the music industry for his songwriting and producing prowess, having collaborated with some of today’s biggest stars; from Janet Jackson and Ariana Grande to Tiwa Savage and Seyi Shay, he has worked with the best of them.
However, “Tic Tik” continues his mission to claim the spotlight for himself—or, in this instance, share it with future legend Reekado Banks. The two form an easy chemistry on wax, combining to make a sultry bop fit for global radio airplay.
The distinctly Nigerian flavour of “Tic Tik” shouldn’t come as any surprise: H-Money was born in London to Nigerian parents, while Reekado is one of Lagos’ biggest exports and proudest flag-bearers. The track serves as the first single from H-Money’s upcoming Fro & Bee EP, which is set to arrive this autumn. In the meantime, check out the visuals for “Tic Tik” above.
